[Bioclusters] Is this output correct?

Hi,

There's a command line argument for formatdb that forces a name of your choice 
onto the blast database files.  I have found that this avoids the (null).nal 
and (null).pal problem.  

  -n  Base name for BLAST files [String]  Optional
