[Bioclusters] Bioinformactic Roll for NPACI Rock

The only bioinformatics roll for Rocks is indeed BioBrew, I'm not sure
if it is current with our Rocks 4.0.0 release, but it should be there
for Rocks 3.3.0.

Are you in need of such a Roll or thinking of creating/updating one?
