[Bioclusters] help in Oscar clustering

To give you much help we would have to know your hardware platform and
Operating system version.

Also, is there a particular reason you are using Oscar v 3.0?  The
current version is 4.2 (soon to be 4.2.1) and in most cases the more
recent versions have significantly improved hardware support.
