[Bioclusters] running sge jobs as user nobody

Hi Jinal,

If you cannot or do not wish to create another user to run the jobs, perhaps
you could try making a nobody setuid script that starts all jobs. However,
this is obviously not a best practice.

Did you compile SGE with the usermapping feature?
