font-family:Arial'>I’m trying to find BLAST users, interested in participating
as early beta tester of a parallelized version of BLAST. My company, Massively
Parallel Technologies, has built upon NCBI BLAST and applied our technology
(called HOWARD) to create a version that parallelizes single and multiple
queries over multiple nodes. We plan to offer this high-performance version of
BLAST, accessible over the internet, to users for free. While we support short
queries, we are really targeting users whose queries currently take hour or
longer to complete. If you are interested (or know of anyone who is interested)
in being an early beta tester, I would greatly appreciate you contacting me.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
