[BioEdu] Lanuages and environments

I've used Parallel::PVM. I also wrote a Perl module (in CPAN),
Parallel::PVM::Scheduler, and Perl to interface with Sun Grid Engine.
Its much easier to script this stuff up in Perl and get it running. If I
has serious analysis to do that isn't suited for Perl, then I'll do it in
whatever language it is suitable for...Matlab, C, Java, whatever.
