Hi, I would like to find out more about psi-blast xml output parsing. I already have a parser written in perl to dump to a mysql database (just the bits I need), but I was looking for a place to ask more general questions about what the output can mean ... i.e. multiple HSP entropy tag result 'cleanup' algorithms etc...
