[Biophp-dev] cvs import took place

Finally...


For people who were using the cvs at Bioinformatics: Change the content 
of the file 'Root' in EACH of the directories named CVS with:
:ext:nicost@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/genephp
Where you should replace 'nicost' with your own sourceforge username.

Peope wanting to check it out. type:
cvs -d:ext:nicost@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/genephp co biophp
(again, replace nicost with your own sourcforge username).  Make sure 
that the environment varibel CVS_RSH is set to ssh.

The 'structure' of the cvs is now:
biophp - this is where we are going to move everything eventually
genephp - this is where Sean and I have been extending Serge's code
sean - Sean's semi-official things


Serge, could you update the contents of genephp with the current code?

We'll have to do a major clean-up/reorganization (again, witth the help 
of the sourceforge staff), but we better wait untill we all know what 
the final structure should look like.
