[Genquire-users] bug fixed

The bug reported on the website regarding deletion of transcripts and their
subfeatures has now been fixed.  I also made some documentation changes to more
clearly describe the default feature set, and the supplementary inforamtion at
the end of the main documentation is now properly up to date.
