Done ; now there are no longer multiple PACKAGE definitions. I renamed
the config-headers into libghemicalconfig.h and ghemicalconfig.h to make
them more unique, and added AC_CONFIG_COMMAND lines that create
stripped-down versions libghemicalconfig2.h and ghemicalconfig2.h (to be
included at own source tree).
