Dear colleague, The Bioinformatics Unit of Institut Curie (Paris, France) is involved in the development of algorithms for microarray data analysis, including transcriptome, CGH and chromatine immunopricipitation microarrays. For example, we have developed the following softwares: - GLAD for breakpoints detection in array CGH experiments - MAIA for automatic microarray image analysis - MANOR for normalisation of microarray data - VAMP, a java graphical interface for visualisation and analysis of CGH array, transcriptome and other molecular profiles. A demo version of VAMP can be run on our Web server for several public CGH and transcriptome array data sets: Douglas <http://cancerres.aacrjournals.org/cgi/content/full/64/14/4817> et al.
