Gian, another way to achive what you want:

You can load the 2 models into a single one. Then you can connect 
atoms as you prefer.

load "2ZHG.pdb1.gz" 1  # loads just model 1
set appendNew false  # merges into a single model
load append "" 2 # loads just model 2 from the same file
hbonds calculate
connect (atomno=1102)(atomno=1102) hbond  
# example 2 atoms, one on each chain
