[Oeil-couleur] Depolarisation / Hyperpolarisation

Bon, cette histoire elle m'enervait beaucoup, alors j'ai encore cherche une 
définition.

La meilleure que j'ai trouvee est celle-ci (en anglais):
Definition: depolarisation
Since the resting membrane potential is expressed inside with respect to 
outside and is numerically negative, a rise in membrane potential, say from 
-90mV to -70mV, is numerically an increase, but the magnitude of the 
potential is smaller. This can lead to confusion, so a the term 
"depolarisation", which describes such a rise, where the charge separation 
across the membrane has become smaller in magnitude is usually used to 
describe the process in an unequivocal way. Changes of membrane potential 
in the opposite sense, where the membrane potential becomes more negative 
but through a greater charge separation, are referred to as 
hyperpolarisation. If the membrane has become depolarised (e.g. at the peak 
of the action potential) and then returns towards its resting level, the 
process is called repolarisation.

Bon, en gros, on peut en deduire cette definition francaise:

Depolarisation:
Une diminution de la repartition de charges entre le milieu exterieur et 
interieur, et donc un passage d'un potentiel transmembranaire negatif a un 
potentiel qui se rapproche plus des valeurs positives.

Hyperpolarisation:
Augmentation de la repartition des charges entre le milieu exterieur et 
interieur. Pour le potentiel de recepteur, cela se remarque comme un 
passage a une valeur *plus negative* du potentiel transmembranaire.
