[Pipet Devel] bunch of stuff added to loci-doc

Greetings fellow Lab Rats!

I just added some 'documents' of mine, which have been collecting dust on
my drive, to the loci-doc module on CVS:

    poster-osos99 (poster from BNL meeting - in Applix format)
    slides-bambct (slides from an Oct presentation - Applix + HTML-ized)
    overview-for-compaq.wp8 (in WordPerfect 8 format)

The latter one is based on the osos99 poster and currently under
development.  It will be handed to Compaq in a short while.  (Some on this
list know why.  If you want to know, contact me.)  Anyway, please take a
look at this one and make any (constructive) changes you'd like.  (An
account at TOL is required.)

WARNING: Due to the additions to loci-doc, it is now over 600 kB.
