* Added 'window sill' (statusbar) to the windowlet class.
* Window sill consists of 6 buttons:

	(1) Status symbol (needs to be button?)
	(2) Message (long button): show/hide message view
	    Part of message appears on button.
	(3) View: network world, network normal, gui 
	(4) Parent: window occupies parent/own window
	(5) Shade: window frame shown/hidden
	(6) Resize

  Only shade works now. Need to make icons for buttons.
* Big improvements made to windowlet code.

* Started working on the GUI for saving loci in permanent storage. 
* Added a new locus 'savecontainer' to the add locus menu. A good way
to display the save container will need to be worked on.
* Drags from the workspace into the savecontainer are supported, but this only 
works properly for documents right now.

* Added support in the middle for saving of loci to a permanent storage 
directory and for retrieving the info from this directory. So far, this is
completely untested (except that it doesn't have any glaring errors that 
get noticed on an import).

* Progress on workspace, locus and connector popup menus

3/25/00 Brad
* Added disconnection of loci. There is a disconnect_locus function in the 
Workspace.py script which should allow for two loci to be disconnected 
without and issues in the middle. I've only tested this so far with 
disconnecting after deleting loci, but hopefully it will work for a general 
case.
* Made a lot of fixes to how the middle stores connection info to handle 
the disconnection. Hopefully things are a lot better now.
