[Pipet Devel] announcement

My fellow Pipers,

After we get the summary up on the web page, I want to send some announcements
to a couple places:

   Gnome Gnotices
   Freshmeat
   (any others?)

Jarl just mentioned to me that we should emphasize that the project is rather
experimental, and not the all to end all.  I agree.

Are there any suugestions on just what we should say in the announcement?
