It's interesting to me, because I'm wondering about how we should 'plug' back-ends and widgets into Loci. We could spread a plug-in throughout the directory structure (e.g., placing all icons in an icon directory) or keep all the parts of a plug-in together (e.g., back-end 'foo' would have its own directory with _all_ of its components kept within).
