[Pipet Devel] IRC meeting times

As I mentioned to Jarl and Bo, I think the Piper developers should have a
formal, one-hour meeting on IRC, once per week.  The intention is to keep us
on track and to avoid long periods of non-communication.

Times I can meet (GMT):

  Mondays:    20:00 - 03:00 (Tue)
  Tuesdays:   13:00 - 03:00 (Wed)
  Wednesdays: 23:00 - 03:00 (Thu)
  Thursdays:  13:00 - 16:00, 23:00 - 03:00 (Fri)
  Fridays:    (no time)
  Saturdays:  13:00 - 03:00 (Sun)
  Sundays:    13:00 - 03:00 (Mon)

Please list your times, if you want to take part in the meetings (JM?), and
we can see which time is best for us all.
