Hi Dan,

Technical aspects of PDB structures certainly have a place in Proteopedia pages as well! That goes without saying!

I'd be glad to discuss PDBWiki with you, but let's do it off of the mailing list so that we don't spam everyone with emails.

Eran

Hi Eran,

That's great news!

What factors do you attribute to the popularity of Proteopedia?

As you know, I have been working on a related project called PDBWiki
[1]. The project differs from Proteopedia because it has an emphasis
on technical aspects of the PDB rather than education. However, I
think that increasing the user-base of PDBWiki would greatly help to
improve the project. I'd be interested to learn about your experience
with Proteopedia in this regard.

Cheers,
Dan.
