[pyorbit] pyorbit and gnome

I hope this question isn't out of place - I know this stuff is in
development but..

I have been playing with pyorbit a bit and  it seems a fairly tidy route
into CORBA. The examples worked fine and I think I follow the IOR
approach but can I get to the NameService stuff?
Can I access the Gnome ORB stuff with the system at its current level -
I haven't seen any IOR strings registered by  Gnome so I was presuming
I have to use names?
