Hey Justin!

As you can see, I set up the new mailing list.

I want to make announcements on some mailing lists and newsgroups, and so we
should have a short description of the pyorbit project: background and goal. 
Could you come up with a paragraph for me?

I'd like to post the announcements here:

    ORBit maillist
    Python newsgroup
    CORBA newsgroup
    gnome-announce maillist
    PyGTK (gnome-python) maillist
    Loci & TOL maillists (of course)

Any others?
