[pyorbit] other binding project

I got a response back (as well as his source).
I'm going to probably stick what he has in CVS tomorrow (assuming he
agrees to the LGPL), and then we can go from there. His code may need some
modification to conform with the Python binding proposal, but I doubt it
will be too major.

This is a major jumpstart to this little project, as we'll be starting
with bindings that actually work (or are very near) for simple interfaces.
