[pyorbit] Web site

I was just looking at the pyorbit web site, and thought it would probably
be a good idea to put a link to the CORBA 2.3 specification up there.  It
is available in postscript and pdf form at:
  http://www.omg.org/corba/corbaiiop.html

It has good descriptions of the CORBA services and the C language mapping
among other things.  It seems to be written well and describes how a lot
of the things we probably want to use in pyorbit work.
