[pyorbit] python-orbit

It appears python-orbit is alive and kicking, after all - the original 
developer hasn't dropped it, so much as been busy with other things, but people 
are still working on it.

If PyORBit isn't being developed, interested people will probably find it worth 
while to join that project instead.

Thanks to the people who helped - I was starting to worry everything really had
