I need help! I have a file 2.8 GB txt file. It has nucleotides on it. I wrote a small perl program to count the total nucleotides. but program works with small files but in this file it says 'OUT OF MEMORY' in computer it has 1 GB RAM and 4.8 GB virtual memory. how can I solve this problem pls help me! Bryce
