A Molecular Biologist with Bioinformatic ambitions, self-taught programmer embracing open source ideals. Interested primarily in protein and nucleic acid co-evolution to elucidate novel functionally important, sequence specific interactions. Such interactions useful for understanding molecule function as well as for constructing orthogonal systems.
