Really? I registrated for gene-regulation.com a couple of years ago, it is
quite easy. It does not make sense that you can not register. Or you
should just write to the service to fix the problem.
Actually,
it is free to use a reduced version. For the full professional version,
you need to pay.
Besides Transfac, I recommend another
database: JARSPAR available at http://jaspar.genereg.net/. It is
totally free to use.
