[Bioclusters] Cluster out-sourcing: request for comments

Hi everyone,


I read with interest the thread on justifying cost of building
clusters.

I would like to seek the opinion of this list about the option of
out-sourcing cluster (or grid) time, instead of building your own.

On a secondary note is that I have a primary interest in Linux
beowulf clustering and evaluating offering cluster(s) out-sourcing.
