[Bioclusters] HMMer rpms

Folks:

  For some work done recently for a customer, we built some optimized
x86_64 based RPMs of HMMer 2.3.2.  Currently they are hosted at
http://downloads.scalableinformatics.com/downloads/hmmer/ .  We have
static binaries compiled with gcc 3.3.1, gcc 3.4.0 both with and without
PVM.  Source RPMs are available are as the spec-files.

  Please send bug reports on packaging to us.
