[Biodevelopers] CGH (Comparative genome hybridization) software?

Could any one help me out with CGH (Comparative Gneomics Hybridization) softwares available. And what is the great need of a software in CGH?

i.e should it helps in designing the probes, Image analysis and data analysis&integration etc..
