CD-HIT Support!
For questions about using CD-HIT, please send an email to the Sequence Search Mailing List (SSML), and the experts, professionals and amateur on that list should be able to help.
Before seeking support from the developer(s), please make sure you have read the latest README, which should be in the latest release package, the CVS tree or in the FTP directory.
If you have found a problem using CD-HIT, please file a bug under this project, or add your comments to one of the existing bugs. It is only via feedback of this nature that CD-HIT can improve.
Finally, consider asking your friends and relatives to help out on the CD-HIT project, to more rapidly affect positive change.
