[BiO BB] "Alignment editor for Blast results"

Hi all,

I had been following this list-serv for sometime and I find it pretty 
valuable.
I have been working to setup a alignment editor for blast outputs. I am 
trying to use JalView multiple alignment editor to output the blast results. 
I was wondering, had there been earlier attempts made in this regard or am I 
reinventing the wheel.
Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
