[BiO BB] Bioinformatics development forum

I do feel that the kind of posts that a developer would be interested in
would be entirely different to those that a user would, and vice versa.
There seems to be a fairly clear partition between the two areas. I am
envisaging a forum where very technical questions could be raised, some of
which may have a very tenuous link to biology but would be of interest to
the bioinformatics specialist. Examples of questions : Which application
server to use for bioinformatics, which java regex package is best, comments
on high performance distributed architectures etc.
