Hi All:
I have come across a company that is offering a product that automatically
and efficiently extracts information like protein-protein interactions,
post-translational modifications, pathway data from large datasets like
published literature (Over 11 Million abstracts). Their claim is that with
their tool you can quickly find:
· Find all interacting proteins from literature and literature and online
dbases
· Extract the exact type of interaction
· Visualize the interaction using our Interaction Viewer
· Move seamlessly between interaction data and abstracts containing them
· Build network of proteins using our Pathway Builder
· Gather contextual information related to the interactions,
i.e. Cellular location, Experimental conditions etc.
Question: Is this and attractive offer that has some novelty?
Would appreciate the feedback.
