A.Craig,

If  I am understanding your questions correctly, I think you would need 
the Chip Library file and the data file.
If that is the case, I have written a program the does the cross 
referencing that can be modified to suit your needs.
For my particular need, I did not look for perfect match intensities, 
however I am sure the program can be extended to take it
into consideration.
