[BiO BB] Orphan Protein

Hi all,
      I  need some 'orphan proteins' to test my secondary structure
prediction algorithm. By 'orphan protein', I mean those proteins that
do not have significant sequence identity(>10%) with other known
proteins.

      Does any one know of a pre-compiled list of orphan proteins? or
can any one suggest me a method to generate a list.
