Hi All , I need to ask that What is the difference between C Aplha Trace of Protein and Protein Backbone..... Also if we had a C Alpha Trace how can we approach to find the full protein backbone coordinates...There should be no side chains but only Protein Backbone coordinates ..please tell me all this with relevant to PDB files.
