[BiO BB] Interaction prediction Was: Re. Linear Bioinformatics workflow?

The BIND database has a tool called BIND-BLAST ( http://bind.ca/ 
BINDBlast ) that allows you to search interaction partners by  
sequence similarity. Of course, these so-called "interologs" are only  
a hypothesis. On the other hand, in case an interaction between the  
two proteins has been experimentally determined, BIND will tell you  
that as well.
