Hi,
Assuming that you have accession numbers or similar, you could
use the eSearch and eLink utilities from NCBI
(http://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query/static/eutils_help.html) to
find the human homologs. I don't know of a simple way to do it without a
little code. Perhaps someone else does.

Subject: [BiO BB] Yeast - Human Homologs

Hello all,
I am working with a set of genes from the yeast genome. I want to
retrive the corresponding human homologs for those genes, can anyone
suggest a simple way to batch-retrieve human homologs of all the yeast
genes under consideration ?
Thanks in advance
Balaji
