[BiO BB] How to make a network graphic using my genes in pathways?

Hello,

you could also try Vanted (http://vanted.ipk-gatersleben.de). You can
load/copy all pathways in one view and then simply merge multiple
occurances of the same elements (genes) into one element.

Kind regards

Falk
