Sorry I had not try out the other method mention by David Lapointe
-n Base name for BLAST files [String] Optional
But mpiBLAST works fine for me if I just edit the DBLIST of (null).nal and
save ti as ecoli.nt.nal
I will try his method asap.
About EMBOSS, I have not tried building from srpm before, so I think I will
take some time.
