Hmmm....looks like the package was built with some hard-coded paths. Not good. I've posted the srpm at http://bioinformatics.org/ftp/biobrew/srpm so you can try and rebuild it on your cluster frontend yourself. I'll try to build it myself tomorrow. Does this mean you got mpiBLAST to work?
