[Bioclusters] Apple/Genentech BLAST

Hello,

Does someone have access to a dual-apple? I dont know much about Macs but I
wrote a multithreaded clustalw and would be interested to see if it can
compile/run on these machines and what the results would be compared to the
sequential one (if that one runs on Macs too)???

My version uses pthreads. If anyone would be willing to test it for me
please send me an email.
