[Bioclusters] Cluster Setup

Hi

I have a cluster setup( 6 Intel machines Linux based
cluster). Right now I am making use of Blast on one
cpu setup.

I want to setup blast on cluster so that search
becomes faster. 

Can you please help me how to setup the software part
on cluster.(like blast or MPI)
NFS and NIS is running on cluster.
