[Bioclusters] Parallel Bioinformatics Applications

Hi,

mpiblast and clustalw-mpi are good options for the kick start. You could later install a 
bunch of bioinformatics applications as interproscan 
(http://www.ebi.ac.uk/InterProScan/) which is not mpi based but requires a queuing 
system.
