Nu means "now" in Swedish. It is a very popular suffix for this reason.
Since registration is relatively easy, a lot of people in the Nordic region
have purchased domain names with this ending.

www.e-brev.nu appears to me to in Finland. I think the language is
clearly Scandinaviam, and the telephone code is for Finland.
