[Molvis-list] Local PDB files Chime/Firefox display FIXED

A solution has been found for the problem I described on 7/23 ("Local PDB 
files don't display in Chime/Firefox"). Thanks to Shigehiro Nagashima (U. 
Osaka) for discovering the fix. It has been documented in PE's Troubleshooting:
