Dispaying a protein together with structurally related proteins

Some weeks ago when I presented the Deli/CE 3D-visualization tool for
the first time I got many valuable suggestions from you.

I have simplified and accelerated the program.

If you have a minute please web-start it and tell me what you think
about the improved version.

A couple of example  are here:

but you can form a Web address forany  pdb-ID.

Users with computers other than MS-Windows, i386 LINUX or Mac PPC are
particularly welcome to test it.  (Java's
"Write once run everywhere is still an illusion.").

LIMITATIONS:

It is not working with pdb IDs after summer 2005.
This will be soon fixed.


REQUIREMENTS:

Java 1.4 or 1.5, Unless you have MS-Windows, i386 Linux or Mac you
also need Fortran f77.  On Intel Macs an f77 compiler is recommended
to gain full speed but it also runs without.

Please be prepared that about 5 MBytes will be downloaded.
