Phillip Compeau is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Carnegie Mellon University [Department of Computational Biology], where he serves as Assistant Director of the Master's in Computational Biology program ( He holds a Ph.D. from UC San Diego, a Master's degree from Cambridge University, and a Bachelor's degree with High Honors from Davidson College.
