R-repo is a RPM based repository working with yum. Its installation is rather simple.

At the moment the architectures supported are:

• i686
• x86_64

The RPMs have been compiled under:

• R-2.10.1

Fedora

Install the following rpm:
http://www.bioinformatics.org/r-repo/rpms/r-repo-fedora-1.0.1-1.fc12.noarch.rpm
using:

yum install http://www.bioinformatics.org/r-repo/rpms/r-repo-fedora-1.0.1-1.fc12.noarch.rpm --nogpgcheck

At the moment the version supported is:

• F12

CentOS

Install the following rpm:
http://www.bioinformatics.org/r-repo/rpms/r-repo-rhel-1.0.1-1.fc12.noarch.rpm
using:

yum install http://www.bioinformatics.org/r-repo/rpms/r-repo-rhel-1.0.1-1.fc12.noarch.rpm --nogpgcheck
